About

work in slightly different ways, though — drawing from our own individual curiosities, passions, identities, and lived experiences.

We are committed to supporting our clinicians so that they are able to show up to this work well-resourced. This means cultivating an environment of deep respect, equity, and care. Our therapists are provided with personalized work spaces, flexibility, training and growth opportunities, and group consultation.

We invest in deep, long-term work with clients. Since much of our focus is on addressing deeply-rooted patterns of self-protection and survival to heal long-held emotional wounds, we make space for this process to unfold in a slow, safe, and resourced way.

Trauma-informed care is holistic care. We welcome all parts of you into the therapy room. And also make space for the systems outside of you that play a role in your day-to-day well-being. We do not shame or try to control the parts of you that have had to adapt to distressing, abusive, or oppressive experiences. Instead, we hold these parts with so much compassion, do what we can to liberate some parts from these extreme roles, and grieve the ways in which we can not due to external systemic factors.

Know that each of our clinicians is doing this work alongside you. We each hold our own experiences and histories which have led us to this field. And we are each committed to a lifelong journey of self-exploration, curiosity, deconstruction, authenticity, and meaningful connection.
